To facilitate the exchange of ideas, we ask that members of the TBLT CoP use English to communicate in the discussion forums.
All questions and thoughts related to second language teaching and learning are welcome in the forums, as long as they are respectful of others. Keep in mind that not everyone has the same level of expertise. Some of us may have a considerable number of years of teaching experience while others may be just starting their careers as second language professionals.
We acknowledge that we all come from different professional backgrounds, and that everyone has their own beliefs about language learning and their own teaching style. Respect everybody’s ideas and do not impose your own. Dialogue and debate must be conducted respectfully and considerately.
We promote a safe environment in which bullying or discrimination of any kind (race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender, identity) are not tolerated.
We recognize the importance of intellectual property rights and cannot post any materials that are copyright protected without permission. Please make sure that you have obtained the appropriate permissions for any copyright-protected materials you want to share on this site.
Promotion for commercial purposes or spam is not allowed.

Anyone breaking any of these rules may be banned permanently from the TBLT CoP.
